Broken Admin Links

Can someone help me? I am unable to use some of the links on the admin posting board. For some reason I am unable to post tags, whenever I hit add it doesnt do anything; same thing happens whenever I try to add pics within my posts and try to insert links within my post. A lot of the option buttons are not working properly to use.
