Broken

  • I tried the latest version 2.04 on Elementor Pro 2.5.9 and it does not work. I hope they update this plugin as it seems very useful but just does not work right now.

    Hi @mprestwood , please remove this wrong comment,
    we tested our plugin with last Elementor PRO (actually v 2.5.9) and it works perfectly.
    We are working continuously to maintain full compatibility with WP and Elementor.
    Please send us your php error log, we will fix possible compatibility bug with your theme or other installed plugins.
    Soon we are going to release version 3 of our FREE plugin.

    Tested in a clean installation of WP with Elementor + Elementor PRO + DVE
    No error appear and the plugin works great.
    Please share error log if really there is a bug.
    If you help us to find compatibility issue we can fix them and release a new version.

    Reviews get archived for the following reasons. This is not a complete list BTW.

    1. Spam (obviously).
    2. Personal attacks (“Plugin suckz! YOU SUCKS! EVERYONE!1!” and that happens).
    3. Using reviews for support (Han Gruber voice: “If you fix my problem, I will change the review from 1 star. Until then, the review gets it. You have 24 hours.” That happens too).
    4. Blog posting in the reviews (“I liked your plugin and here’s 1,200 words about life, the Universe and Happiness.”)

    This review is not support, it’s not any of the above. It is feedback even though you say it’s wrong. Reviewers get to be wrong and that’s not a reason to archive a review.

    The person who left it isn’t really seeking support. They’re saying it doesn’t work with Elementor Pro version X.Y.Z. That’s all and you replied. The End.

    This is not Greek Sounding Online Store, this is not LetterBay Auction site. You are not a company here, you are a volunteer. This plugin is not a product, it is an opensource contribution made by a volunteer (that’s you).

    Do not be overly concerned with the reviews here. Do not try and make them for marketing or promotion. It’s just feedback from a user. That’s all.

    Please stop pinging people and move on. You replied well and people do read that.
