What theme are you using? Can the data be saved when u switch to another theme? what about other plguins? Thanks.

I use Twenty Eleven and twenty ten (2 websites)

In admin settings panel, the data cannot be saved. Therefore it is not working in my theme, Online Marketer, rmpiano.com.
