• It seems like it is you have 80% chance that this is working.
I dragged the pictures to a new folder. It worked sometimes and sometimes not. The picture have been moved and I can see the pictures when editing the gallery. But when the gallery is published the pictures isnt there because they are pointing to the old folder.

Are you using a MaxGalleria gallery? I just uploaded some images to my 2017/11 folder, added them to a MaxGalleria gallery, then moved them to a new folder. The images are in the gallery. Normally, I would move the images first and then put them in a gallery. Doesn’t that make sense?

You say that you can see the images when editing the gallery but not on the front end of the site? That is odd because they use the same path to the image in both. I’ve check the post and the postmeta tables and the image paths stored in these point to the folder where the images were moved.

    I used foobox gallery.
If I upload first and then move them it is really hard to select the right pictures. Because “media gallery” in wordpress shows ALL thousands pictures so it is hard to pick the right pics after the upload.

Unfortuantly we do not support the Foobox Gallery. You should try our free MaxGalleria WordPress gallery. It is integrated with Media Library Folders so that you can easily add images from Media Library Folders to existing MaxGalleria galleries.
