Broke site after most recent update

    This was a great free pop-up plugin, but it took down my site after the latest update. I did not grab the error message, but I do remember it saying there was an unexpected T_Function found. I’m using the latest version of WordPress with the latest version of the Genesis Framework.

    Hi @alaina13,

    We’re sorry to hear you’re having issues with the latest release.

    T_Function error can be caused by outdated PHP version, can you tell us which version you’re using and if it’s below 5.3 please update your PHP version to at least that version and tell us if that resolves the issue.

    That’s exactly what the problem was. Thank you for answering my question so quickly!

    Hi @wpmudev-support1 I’m currently customizing a newsletter subscription pop-up for the home page at: https://www.apexcleaningco.com where I’d like a Name and Email form field and then the submit button.

    For some reason I already have the email form field by default, but when I try adding an additional field, the name field there in the customization panel, it won’t let me add it, how can I resolve this?
