Broke PayPal IPN

Installed jetpack and woocommerce services. Shipping rates were returned without a problem, but after install it appears to have broke PayPal IPN for the live environment. Now when a customer pays with PayPal, our store is not receiving the notification and the customer order emails are not triggered. Also that pixel.wp.com takes many seconds to load and severely slows down the site. Not good at all. I removed jetpack and woocommerce services but PayPal IPN is still broken. Not sure how to fix that since in sandbox it works just fine.
