• Plugin got auto-updated yesterday. The latest edition broke our website. We missed events for around 10k visitors.

    Should be properly tested before release.

    Also, how the heck, it updated automatically?

    Hi @contact-banker,

    Sorry to hear that the new version is causing issues on your website.
    Auto-Updates are performed by your hosting provider (plugins can’t control that).

    We ran a full month of testing for this version, but like with any piece of software, it is never 100% bulletproof.

    Can you tell me a bit more about what happened?
    It will help us learn if there is a wide-spread issue that needs addressing.
