• Had used this plugin in the past with success, but was getting lots of timeout errors and patchy behavior on it recently. Had paid for a license so I contacted support. Just useless, cynical support…at first they complained it would take too long to test the file, then claimed there was no issue as importing one single product from the file worked okay (the issue was a timeout towards the 80/90% end of things)..then went down the route of “it’s your theme, it’s your other plugins” etc. The support member spent their energy explaining why there shouldn’t be an issue, which of course was not helpful and a waste of time..and they eventually just seemed annoyed. I recently tried a simple import again and it just doesn’t work. This is with execution time at 0 and batch number at 5. I will not bother contacting support about it though!

    If you are going to use this plugin, make sure you have hosting that provides backups!!!! You may end up with the import timing out citing a generic error and your products are all missing info or prices.
