Broke My Whole Site with No Support

This was included as part of a template kit I purchased from the developer. Everything was fine until recently when I’m assuming some updates were installed that broke everything. Elementor no longer loads unless I disable this plugin, and trying to troubleshoot the issue has deleted content from the site that was dependent on elements from this plugin. I also no longer have access to edit the header or footer of my site and it’s essentially left the entire template kit useless. I’ve tried reaching out to the developer everywhere I could find and have not received a single response in weeks.
