What theme were you using?

the theme is called admired

Try switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming:

wp-content/themes/admired

toL

wp-content/themes/admired-old

using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. That should get you back into your site. Then delete the Admired theme and re-download it.

Hi tried that still no good blank screen

Ok now managed to get into admin and re-install them
