    Hello @saidaicashback,

    Can you please share some more details so we can assist you with this? Did the error 500 starts when you activated W3 Total Cache or have you enabled an option? Maybe there is a conflict with some other plugins. Are you using any other caching solution?
    Have you checked if you have sufficient write permission for yourr files/folders?
