I was setting up the parameters to test the connection to prestashop and the connection failed. Then, I went to check up my prestashop website and it was broken. Appears that a fatal errror has occurred. Can you help me fix this?

The PrestaShop site must be up and running to do the migration. So you must fix it before running the import.

Please note that the plugin doesn’t modify anything on PrestaShop.

I just fixed the mistake, it was that I changed the password for MySQL and it broke the site, I retrieved the original password and it is now working just fine. The issue is that I do not know the password to run the migration,

    Thank you for your feedback.

You must enter the login and password of the MySQL connection to the PrestaShop database.

You should contact your system admin about this error “out of free disk space” or verify the privileges of the uploads directory.
