Actually, I no longer see the RFQ under Woocommerce Checkout process settings tab anymore.

3.3.4 should not be a problme.
See if the plugin is still active. Inactivate and activate the plugin again.

Also, are you running any type of payment min/max plugin ?

Thanks for the quick response. I already tried deactivating and then reactivating. And, no payment plugins since this Woocommerce install is for quotes only, no purchases available. Forgot to mention that this is a subsite on a multisite environment.

Do you have access to your error log? Even warnings / notices could give us an idea. Have you tried deactivating other plugins just as a test?

The only thing that has changed prior to this issue is Woocommerce update. Yes, I do have access to logs. Which ones would you suggest, i.e. nginx, php?

You can email the php one to me at contact@neahplugins.com.
If this is the only thing that has changed we should be able to isolate it.
By the way all my tests are also run on the latest version of WC.

I was going to ask to check the settings. I re-read that you have no access to settings. the plugin is not active.
You can send me the log to my email. I think your plugin is not staying active for some reason.

So, I decided to try to go into “Network Admin” and “Network Activate” the plugin, and voila! It’s back to normal.

On another note: what is the main difference between the free version and paid?

    Thanks for your great support!
