Brizy editor keeps loading and loading on 2025theme and blocksy without starting

I have contacted support multiple times, changed my PHP version to an older version from PHP 8.3 to PHP 8.1 to see if there was a compatibility issue with the editor eternally loading and never starting.?Safe mode doesn’t load either. I then disabled all asynchronous javascript and css/html. Didn’t work. Then I deactivated and removed all caching plugins and reinstalled Brizy. I only used WordPress’ own 2025 theme and Blocksy, the latter is the recommended theme for Brizy. But it still doesn’t work.

You would expect that Brizy has a built-in scan tool which scans for problems with the editor not starting and will look for most common problems to then suggest fixes. You would think that a troubleshooting tool for customers that cannot start the paid Brizy builder was a top priority…

Instead I stuck with support and my 30 refund window has closed when I waited for their email responses.
