• Jetpack is pretty much a love-hate affair: brilliant features, but utterly confusing (or even misleading) UX decisions.

    Such as making it terribly easy to activate stuff without even noticing (by extending the activation area far beyond the “activate” button), and putting the “disable” button in a less-than-obvious location. In my book, those are crimes against elementary user experience rules.

    Fortunately for us, Mark Jaquith does a great job in making Jetpack’s behavior more reasonable, fixing those issues one by one (see also his aptly named Menu Humility plugin).

    Mark, you’re awesome! If only Automattic would make you Jetpack product leader. ??
