Bring back the newest plugins directory!

Why was it removed? did you guys really think that people won’t notice that the most useful aspect of installing alternative plugins is by using the newest plugins directory, not just the search directory, which is sometimes dreadful to use if you want to find a new plugin.

Please, PLEASE bring it back for the love of god!
