Brilliantly designed tool and amazing customer support

I found Optimonk and was up and running in no time. At first, I had an issue, but turned out to simply be caching on my site; Sara on live chat resolved this and responded within less than a minute, very helpful and friendly. The speed of the site (app optimonk com), the options, the flexibility etc have left me very impressed so far. Looking forward to using this tool more, potentially as an agency partner.
