Brilliant Web-to-Lead for Salesforce: Configuration Settings Reverted to Blank

Nick – opened wordpress admin to find a system message: “Your WordPress-to-Lead settings are not complete. You must enter your Salesforce.com Organization ID for it to work.”
All Brilliant forms and plugin settings are gone.
This is the 2nd time i ~ 6 months we’ve seen this. Restore to earlier version resolved the first time it happened but reaching out to you first before we do so again.
No other updates/upgrades to site/environment.
Appreciate your recommendations for resolution.
