Brilliant – Rescued My Sites!

  • Woke up this morning to discover two of my websites weren’t loading. I could access WP admin etc but the front ends weren’t loading across multiple browsers. After contacting my hosting company’s support team, I figured out that it had to do with an automatic update to WP 5.9 they carried out last night (I’m with siteground & they don’t allow any kind of rollback to old versions of WP).

    So after a bit of research I discovered this plugin & installed it. Within seconds I was able to ‘downgrade’ to 5.8.2 & now my sites are working just fine.

    A brilliant product that’s probably saved me hundreds of pounds if I had to pay a coder to fix things.
