Brilliant plugin, but too slow for big sites

I used this plugin for several years, but eventually it became too slow (over 30 seconds) in all but the simple block format. That’s because I have 4,730 posts stretching bach to 2003. With most sites, this plugin should work just fine. The UI is great.
