Brilliant plugin

  • Thank you for taking the time to build this plugin! Works perfectly, super easy to set up. I chose Easy Digital Downloads and Helpscout indepdently not knowing this plugin existed, so happy I came across it by pure chance in the plugin directory. No idea why neither EDD nor Helpscout list this plugin on their site, should be top recommended!

    Thank you, Edith, for your very kind and motivating feedback.
    A lot of contributors have helped to make EDD Help Scout what it is today. I am just the humble maintainer who brings it all together.

    In fact. Help Scout and EDD have subpages where the plugin is linked, but they don’t show it proactively to users.

    Hi Thomas, yes, a good plugin is a group effort, so big thanks to everyone involved!

    I did have a look at both the Help Scout App Directory and EDD Extension pages but could not find this plugin listed but they definitely should.
