Brilliant plug in and excellent support

I had tried for over a week to migrate a new version of my website (between countries) and all in one sorted it in minutes. As my site is on a home intranet during development I was concerned about IP changes. I raised a query and not only was it answered promptly but the plug in caters for IP changes ‘out of the box’.
I subsequently needed to know which folders / files the tool moves so I could understand what system customisation I might need to undo before migrating from intranet to internet. I got a very clear and courteous reply in less than 24 hours (the answer is that the plugin migrates ‘everything within your wp-content folder’). For a free tool (with over 400k users) I find the quality of the tool and the level of service amazing.
