Brief Question: Does W3TC upload directly to S3?

  • This is a multi-part question. Thanks in advance!

    1) Does W3TC upload directly to Amazon S3, or does it first upload to the server and then copy that file to S3?

    2) If it copies from the server to S3 after upload, does the file uploaded to the website server then get deleted and the one on S3 remain? Or are there two copies that exist?
