• Hi CF7 Support,

    we have successfully implemented the Brevo integration and also the Double OptIn Helper Plugin. The Double OptIn e-mail is sent and after clicking on the link in the e-mail, the contact is added to the selected list.

    The problem is: In the Double OptIn information for the contact in the list, “Yes” (for Double OptIn) is NOT automatically displayed. Only the selection dropdown appears. If we do the registration via a Brevo form, “Yes” will automatically be displayed here.
    Can you please help us here why the Double OptIn is not automatically set to “Yes” after the confirmation in the e-mail?

    Note that the Double Opt-In Helper plugin and the double opt-in feature Brevo provides are different things. They can’t affect each other.

    Ok, so that means there is no confirmation of the double opt-in procedure for us as the “provider”?

    Is it possible to send the Double OptIn template Email from Brevo instead of the “welcome email”? We tried it and selected it in the integration settings for the form, but no Email arrives.

    I think it is possible. I’m not Brevo’s insider, so please ask Brevo support about Brevo’s features.

    The problem is, that the Welcome Email (described here https://contactform7.com/sendinblue-integration/#setting-up-your-contact-forms / Screenshot attached) doesn′t work – I tried it with several Standard Templates from Brevo. If I use the Brevo Form for the subscription it works – also the normal Welcome Mail doesn′t arrive.

    As written in the instruction, the welcome email is sent only when the submitter is successfully added to the contact lists. It is sent only once for one contact.

    Thanks, I′ve read the instruction before I opened this ticket.
    However, the submitter is successfully added into the contact list but the email does not arrive/is not sent. I tried different email addresses and also checked the spam folder – no welcome email arrives. As already described, I tested the welcome email (which I set in the Form-Settings) in brevo using a Brevo-Form, in this case the email arrives / is sent.

    The welcome email function relies on Brevo’s API and SMTP infrastructure. I know little about the inside.

    Ok, I understand.
    But isn′t there a bug in the Integration with Contact Form 7, when the Email is sent when I test it directly in Brevo?
