Brevo Integration – SMS

    Hello. Im having a problem properly integrating Brevo with CF7. The issue specifically occurs because of the SMS thing where if the number is not in the international format. (The Contact just completely fails to create).

    I’ve tried using the Country & Phone Field Contact Form 7 to get the international country codes etc. But that still seems to not work. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I’ve searched the forum and I don’t seem to be finding any answers, I just see a link to the mapping docs. Is there anyway at all to have CF7 validate numbers in the international format or am I able to edit the sendinbluephp file to match the attribute to the field Country & Phone Field Contact Form 7 creates and not the tel field from CF7?

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Akismet, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Brevo is the issue. We have the same problem on Gravity Forms with Brevo, they blame the form software.

    We created a new TEXT INPUT at Brevo called LANDLINE so it should accept any text input, and it was still trying to validate the submissions as phone numbers. It’s ridiculous that their system can’t understand common phone formatting structures.
