    First of sorry for your inconvenience. As per your SS I observed that you have enter minification link in Exclude CSS option. Please enter actual path of CSS without minification. The second point you have mentioned about JavaScript files. Please enter the JS file path in Delay JS options.
    Hopefully all the above mentioned points was also informed from our support team member to you.
