    Actually, you want to configure two plugins with the same purpose?
    The approach may conflict at the time of optimization the best practice is to configure one plugin at a time.

    Keeping all minification and file grouping off in Breeze (which is recommended anyway as per the instructions) should suffice to let Autoptimize work ??
