Breaks WP Menu admin when activated

When Event Espresso Decaf is activated, it removes page selection options from the WordPress Menu Management screen (Appearance > Menus). For example, it removes Pages, Posts and any other Custom Post Types or Taxonomies. If I go to “Screen Options” at the top of the page, and reselect Pages and Posts, those options will appear again. But as soon as I save the menu or leave the page, they’re gone again. The only options that will stay are “Event Espresso Pages”, “Custom Links”, “Categories” and “Event Categories”.
If I deactivate Event Espresso Decaf, the menu admin screen returns to normal and will retain my Screen Options settings. I tested this with all plugins deactivated except for EE Decaf. And I tested it with all plugins activated except for EE Decaf. I also tested it with the TwentySixteen default theme. The problem is only caused by EE, not a combination of EE + another plugin.
