Breaks with Siteground Caching plugin activated

Hi,
If I deactivate SG Optimizer plugin (Siteground’s caching plugin) I can see the settings and all works fine. With it activated the page is totally messed up:

I tried excluding /?wbcr_assets_manager=1 from the caching, but it persists.
