Breaks the checkout

  • This plugin breaks the checkout as the shipping calculation methods and prices do not refresh when the user enters the direction!
    This generated a LOT of tickets as the clients couldn’t buy, among other problems. We spent a lot of time looking for the problem. When I deactivated the plugin everything worked perfectly.

    can you please share some screenshots to describe the issue and a step by step description to replicate the issue?

    Here the same problem. With the plugin activated costulers couldn’t see billing options.
    But when you where loged in al does apaer …

    @sebastopolys thats only for paid custumers … I reach them also true facebook. Don’t want to pay for it before I know it works …

    Hi @sebastopolys In my case I didn’t as at the time the recent tickets were not having response from weeks ago. I needed to solve it fast and had to add the fields on code.

    @quadlayers In my case (I don’t know if you guys already solved it) when the client wrote the address, the shipping methods didn’t update. The only way to refresh it was using the “Use a different address for shipping” checkbox. Even if they changed the city, it just wouldn’t refresh.
    The features I used of the plugin was just adding 3 custom fields on the billing and deactivating post code and the company name.

    Sorry it took me so long, I had a lot of work the previous weeks. Hope it helps if you haven’t solved it.

    They care about freeware users also.

    Of course it’s different than premium support (maybe you need to wait more to get a reply) but they do provide support to freeware users also
