Breaks the backend of my site

  • I had to switch off this plugin in my via ftp as it has started to break the backend of my site. When it’s active I cannot go to the admin area of wordpress as I get the message:

    The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    I have not received any email to my admin inbox.

    What’s weird is that the front end of the site still works when this is showing (including the quizzes I’ve made). It also didn’t start after an update of this plugin – it just started happening on Sunday 22nd September for no apparent reason.

    Any idea what is going on?

    I am sorry to hear you’ve run such that kind of issue. To know what was causing your this issue, you can check your site’s error log by enabling WP DEBUG mode. For easier, you can also use the Error Log Monitor plugin. Error log may be remain empty until QSM plugin reactivated. Share displayed error message here.
