I am testing the Atmosphere 2010 theme and not seeing any issues. It may be a conflict with another plugin. Are you able to send me a list of plugins you are using?

I see you’re on 4.04 now, have you changed anything that might influence this behaviour? In that case I’ll upgrade to 4.04 to see if the problem is gone.

I updated to 4.04 and deactivated all other plugins. Problem still exists, reverting to 3.1.4 does the trick for me.

Could you describe the bug in greater detail please? Just as much info as you can provide would be helpful.

    Also, which version of WordPress?

Also, under Appearance > Menus, do you have a menu assigned to “Below Header”?

Nevermind, identified the issue, it only occurs with third level menus. Fixing now.

And on your question about ‘Appearance > Menus, do you have a menu assigned to “Below Header”?’

Yeah, I had to disable WP_DEBUG because one theme was throwing too many notices, and forgot to re-enable it so I didn’t notice I had a syntax error.
