Breaks rich text editor

We have two clients running this plugin. Both have WP 4.3.1 installed. One has the latest version 2.9.6.121 installed. The other has 2.9.6.118. The former is causing the WP rich text editor to disappear (I tested by disabling all plugins are re-enabling them one by one), while the latter is ok.
Has something changed in the latest version to cause this?
