Breaks pagination of search results

I really like some of the features of this plugin (mostly the dropdown of suggested pages while typing in the search box), but the fact that it pretty much makes it impossible to use pagination in search results makes it a deal-breaker. There are some workarounds to limit the number of posts displayed on the results page, but the pagination links don’t work correctly while using this plugin.
