Breaks other plugins

“Defer JavaScript” option is quite sensitive and may cause some incompatibilities so you can disable it.

As is stated in the plugin documentation, “Move scripts to the footer” only works if you have plugins and a theme that utilizes the wp_enqueue_scripts hook correctly.

Since we can’t force authors to follow the WordPress standards, all our plugin features are optional using checkboxes.

Thanks Tiguan. I have informed all parties involved. I suspected it wasn’t exactly this plugins fault but perhaps some choices made by the other plugins.

@rhyous, have you resolved your issue? I’m about to mark this topic as such.

I’m working for now, with defer scripts disabled.

If I install the plugin and it doesn’t work, Can I juste deactivate and don’t affect my database or my blog ? or do I have to make a backup ??

Excuse me, maybe it’s good idea for future improvements to make new option “Exclude plugins”? My website with many and mamy plugins worked great with Speed Booster Pack but only 2 plugins is broken. If I had this option I could just add them to exclude list and do not disable “Defer JavaScript” and another.

It is an excellent idea but incompatibilities could still remain in some circumstances. Things are not so simple. Already working on a possible solution.
