Breaks on PHP 7

Getting a mime type mismatch error with the custom stylesheet link after moving from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7

<link rel='stylesheet' id='sccss_style-css' href='https://waterfire.org?sccss=1&ver=04117677be659ae3303f6ef9db94fef6' type='text/css' media='all' />

returns the following: ‘The stylesheet was not loaded because its MIME type, “text/html”, is not “text/css”.’

All other CSS links on my site working normally.

I have disabled the plugin now. I think if you added the proper file extension to the SCCSS it work load correctly.
