Breaks my theme

Hi there, I think this is a great plugin idea, but I installed it and it broke my theme unfortunately :-(.

It sent my ‘friends’ accept and request buttons on request.php in buddypress up above my title line. Everything else about it seems great, I have the most recent update version and buddypress 2.02 and wordpress 4.01, can you help at all?

I can supply a log in to my website so you can see, I have replicated the problem on the page by inviting you to be a friend. If you could message me I will send you a login and the link to the page.
