Breaks Jetpack Dashboard and Settings screen

Breaks Jetpack Plugin Dashboard and Settings screen in WordPress 5.2.2. Not sure why it should be messing with the dashboard of Jetpack but there it is. Makes the screens appear blank. Disabling plugin fixes issue.
