Breaks Jetpack

Hi!
Just installed this and all is working great. However I noticed it broke the gallery settings for my jetpack gallery. The mosaic gallery breaks and it kills the JS, sot the images open on a standard media page, rather than in the Jetpack popup.
Any help?
