    Plugin broke my JavaScript functionality before I’ve inserted any shortcode.

    Haven’t tried to fix it, it should work out of the box. – should not break anything out of the box…

    If you explain what javascript it’s breaking I may be able to help you. Besides, it’s simple jQuery. Without using any shortcode, it shouldn’t affect anything.
