Breaks Insert Link function in visual editor

Running self hosted WordPress v4.1, with plugin v3.1.6. With the plugin activated, can not use the Insert Link option in the visual editor. When I click the button, the editor section of the screen will widen a little bit and the insert link pop-up box does not appear.
Deactivate Constant Contact plug-in v3.1.6 and the Insert Link works. Re-enable, Insert Link doesn’t work.
