Breaks Insert / Edit links function after 4.2

Same problem here. I was happy with this plugin and used it on all my sites. After the upgrade to WordPress 4.2 today I have to deactivate the plugin to be able to place links at all. Please upgrade because I really liked the plugin!

I’ve done a fix for this – you can get it here:

To install:
Go to Plugins > Add New
Click Upload Plugin at the top
Use the file dialog to select the zip file that I’ve shared, then install and activate

Make sure Ultimate Nofollow is deactivated as it will probably conflict otherwise. It should install as Ultimate Nofollow (ZC edit).

I did the same thing last year and the plugin author took my fix and put it into the “official” plugin so it might be worth keeping it installed but deactivated in case he does that again and then you’ll be able to get further updates down the line. So far he hasn’t appeared on the support threads though so we’ll have to wait & see.

After installing this new plugin do I have to go back through every post and recheck the nofollow box on those that require it?

I installed the link Zoe posted. Now I can’t have no follow and follow links in the same post. Whenever I change one, the others default to that choice too. Any ideas?
