breaks images within posts

I’m not sure what version of WordPress this was introduced in, but I only noticed it in the latest. The plugin causes in-post images to display the URL data within the photo legend and a low resolution thumbnail of the image is displayed instead of the selected size. I thought it was my theme, so I switched to another theme and saw the same problem. Disabling this plugin resolved it.
