• We’re running the latest versions of WordPress, Beavery Builder Standard, and Popup Maker, among others. When Popup Maker is activated, the Beaver Builder front-end editor is not visible on this specific page. This is the case when we disable all plugins but Beaver Builder and Popup Maker and use a default theme – we get tons of Javascript errors on the browser console as soon as we activate Popup Maker, all of them related to being unable to load the front-end editor for BB.

Right now we’re disabling the plugin whenever we want to edit the page, but we’d prefer to leave it activated as it’s an integral part of the site.

  • Hi @larosadigital – thanks for reaching out and we apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you.

Looking at your issue, there seems to be a conflict between the Beaver Builder and our Popup Maker plugin.

?I would suggest you re-activate the plugin and when you are on the page with the popup?settings box, see if this guide gives you anything useful to go on: Checking JavaScript Errors

If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Otherwise, for us to assist you further with your issue, you will need to escalate it directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check out this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.

Hello @larosadigital – just want to make a follow-up regarding this.

Is everything working properly on your end now?

If you have any other questions or concerns, just let us know. Thank you!
