Breaks 5.8 Widget Editor w/ Legacy Widget

The issue is isolated to “Social Icons Widget & Block by WPZOOM”, and is not cause by a different plugin. This results in a blocker bug preventing any progress with Legacy Widgets.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Have WP 5.8+ installed (either single site or multisite).
2. Ensure only “Social Icons Widget & Block by WPZOOM” v4.2.1 is activated.
3. Go to WP Admin > Appearance > Widgets OR WP Admin > Appearance > Customizer.
4. Click + to add a widget, and search & add “Legacy Widget”.
Result: The editor has encountered an unexpected error.
