I have identified an issue where the plugin is causing the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin to fail when customers click to proceed with payment.

When the PayPal Payments button is clicked various error messages are displayed i.e. “Please add email address to place order
Please add valid email address to place order”.

Suffice to say a valid email address is present!

Deactivating Fraud Prevention Plugin for WooCommerce solves the issue.
Some change made in the recent update is responsible.

Updated to v2.0.1 with the new checkout session reset to make it compatible with WooCommerce PayPal Payments Plugin.

Following a number of successful PayPal transactions I can report the changes work well and the issue is resolved.

Thank you to Hitendra and the Dotstore team.

    Hi,

I can report that this issue is also happening for us with PayPal (latest version) on WooCommerce. We’ve updated to the latest version of FPP plugin, but it’s still occurring.

Once we deactivate your plugin, orders process normally. It seems to happen on specific browser (maybe Chrome). Different user reports say switching browsers allows them to checkout without error messages. So you may want to cross browser check your code fix.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

We’ve updated the plugin to latest version 2.0.3.
Still the issue is showing for me.
Now i have disabled the plugin and no error is showing.
Do we have a solution for this?

    Thanks
