• Hi,

We had been using Breeze for past few years without any problem. But after the latest update (January 11), it started breaking the site. The non-English pages built through Polylang started displaying garbled characters. The problem goes away momentarily if we deactivate the plugin and activate it again. But, then after a few minutes/hours, it reappears. As of now, we turned off the plugin>the site is running fine. Hopefully, there will be a solution soon.

Your concern is “While updating new version of Breeze,non-English pages built through Polylang works perfectly after some time its show garbled character”

Please, correct me if am wrong?

Nope. The english pages are perfectly fine. (www.thip.media)

The non english pages (www.thip.media/hi) starts showing garbled characters when I activate Breeze. This problem started happening after Jan 11 release. Before that it was running fine.

[NOTE: As of now, I turned off Breeze]

    Thanks for your response.
Actually, it’s strange that the issue occurs only in non-English pages, there is no scenario built in Breeze to handle only English pages, its works perfectly with multilanguage. The latest release focuses on UI implementation, the functionality of the plugin remains the same as in the previous version.
To investigate it, there is a need to replicate the scenario.
Could you please confirm that you have cleared cache from the wp-admin and application folder?

I have purged all cache using the plugin – if that is what you are asking for.

Yes exactly, one more step kindly also confirm to clear the cache from the cache folder.
