Yes. It’s the plugin.
No, it does not add forms via iframe tag.
Just regular form tag.

I would tell the user cleantalk supports BreakDance form in FB group.

No cache delay. Maybe you were testing as an administrator. In this case requests are excluded from testing. By default. Try doing the test in incognito/private browser mode.

We don’t have a direct integration with BreakDance. As stated on this page (https://cleantalk.org/help/anti-spam-integrations), our plugin works with all web forms. Only with some we do integrations if there are issues.

I could see there are 3 approved submits in WP dashboard, but it’s still shows 0 in Cleantalk’s dashboard.
I have tried clicking the “Synchronize with Cloud” button.

As my colleague said, try doing the test in incognito/private browser mode.

Hi, yes, I was testing in incognito mode.
Here is a Breakdance form for test:

After submit, I could see the counters on the top bar of WordPress dashboard added 1, but there is no approved submit log shown in cleantalk.org/my/

I tested it again and see my requests here https://cleantalk.org/my/ and here https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests.

Perhaps you are looking at the Security Dashboard? Please switch it to Anti-Spam: https://cleantalk.org/my/?cp_mode=antispam

A few minutes later after my second round test, I saw the approved data in Cleantalk’s dashboard.
You could see that there are 8 approved in WP’s dashboard and only 5 in Cleantalk’s dashboard.
It doesn’t matter, it works now.
I’m closing this topic and leave it to other more rigorous user.
