Break Slider Revolution

  • After I activate and start using everything working fine except slider revolution image is disappear just show placeholder image forever.Could you please check and fix this problem as slider revolution very popular and I really love to use your plugin with it.

    Hey @sarsoeurng,

    It might be a misunderstanding, Optimole is working just fine with Slider Revolution when the Scale Image and Lazyload setting from the Optimole plugin dashboard is turned off.

    The reason why is not working with it ON is because the Slider Revolution has its own way of lazy loading the images which break or is not compatible with ours.

    Hello @waseemsannib,

    Can you try to disable the Scale image and Lazyload setting from the Optimole’s WordPress settings area?

    Let me know if this fixes the issue.

    If you are not using Optimole, I’m not sure how can I help? I think it might be better to ask reSmush.it support instead, I guess?

    We have exactly the same problem here with Slider Revolution.
    Unfortunately we pay for the optimole services but I think we can’t not use.
