• Hi! Excited about the potential for this “Break Left/Right Section Full Width” feature to make certain parts of our websites easier to build.

I’m having trouble with it not lining up properly at certain breakpoints (maybe theme-specific). Wondering if you could add a class on the kt-row-column-wrap with these setting enabled, like you do for the theme max width (kb-theme-content-width)?

Right now the attempted alignment appears to depend entirely on inline styles, and since there is no corresponding class I cannot make any adjustments to make it work for this theme. Thank you!

    Hi!

I can chat with the dev team about this. Can you tell me what theme you’re currently using?

    Kindly,

    Hannah

It’s a custom theme based on https://underscores.me/. Thank you.

    Hello @askpivot

I apologize for missing this thread. Generally, you can add custom classes to your row layouts. Then, you can add CSS to target those classes. Here is a screenshot of my “test-class” when I add via the Row Layout’s Advanced settings: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-blocks/row-layout-block-2/#advanced

Thank you, but I think you have mis-read my issue.

I’d like to use the “Break left” and “Break right” functionality on our sites, but it does not quite work correctly given how this particular theme’s css is set up right now. I could fix it if I could apply special css to all rows that have this setting applied, but there is no way to determine which rows have this setting applied right now, because it adds no classes or anything.

    Hello @askpivot

Thanks for clarifying. I believe I understand now. You need to target existing rows that use the break left/right features. Unfortunately, you appear correct that there aren’t classes added automatically for targeting. I requested the developer to add custom classes in this case.
